Delete your account and data

How to remove your Booktobee account and everything in it. The fastest route is inside the app; if you have already uninstalled it, write to us.
In the app
Open the app → Profile tab → Settings → Delete account.
You will re-authenticate with your sign-in provider first.
By email
Write to yoonho.myoung@gmail.com.
Subject: Booktobee account deletion request
Include the email address you signed up with and whether you used Google or Apple.
We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within five business days.
What is deleted
Account and profile, shelf and reading state, posts and comments, uploaded photos and videos, lounge membership and reading-friend connections.
What may remain
Records of safety reports about your content may remain in a form that cannot identify you, and are destroyed at the end of their retention period.
